Shannon Webster, CPA
Shannon M. Webster graduated from California State University, Bakersfield in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting. Shannon was granted her CPA license in 2004. She began her employment with Daniells Phillips Vaughan & Bock in 2000 as an intern. Shannon now has over 25 years of audit and accounting experience, working in a variety of industries including agriculture, construction, manufacturing, employee benefit plans as well as governmental and nonprofit organizations. In July 2026 Shannon was named as the partner in charge of the firm’s Audit and Accounting Services Department and serves as the Firm’s Treasurer.
She was admitted as a partner in July 2018.
Shannon is active in the community, currently serving as an advisor to the finance committee for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children). Shannon is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Shannon hails from a racing family. She was introduced to the sport when her parents encouraged her to race Quarter Midgets at the age of six. In 40+ years of racing, she has compiled a long list of wins and was the first female driver to win multiple national championships in the Midget Division.
